A little about the businesses that make up our baskets
Avnaim Farm
Avnaim Farm - We have been growing almonds in Moshav Hazorim for three generations. In recent years, Daniel Avnaim took the cultivation and marketing under his responsibility. Since the beginning of the war, Daniel has been drafted into the reserves, forcing us to stop work and close the packing house. With the help of volunteers and friends, we were able to restore part of the activity and market our produce at agricultural fairs throughout the country.
Zuta
A Galilee workshop for artisan pantry products, which produces, among other things, butters based on Israeli olive oil, spreads, dips, jams, sauces, seasoning mixes, distilled spirits and more. The raw materials for the products of "Zuta" which is located in Rosh Hanikra on the northern border, are based on fruits and vegetables that come from farms in the north, with an emphasis on reducing food waste and maximizing the use of raw materials. Since October 8th, Rosh Hanikra became a closed military zone. The owners, Avihai Fahima and Idan Rakir as well as all the employees were evacuated. The production has almost completely stopped and the access to the factory is done in coordination with the army and accompanied by a military vehicle escort.
De Karina
The De Karina chocolate boutique is located in Ein Zivan in the north of the Golan Heights.
For 17 years we have been hosting Israeli families from all over the country. During this time, it's quiet here and we miss the travelers very much. Nevertheless, we are proud to create indulgent blue and white chocolate that is strictly kosher and happy to bring a smile to our customers even in difficult times.
Beer Bazaar
Beer Bazaar is an Israeli craft beer brewery and all of our products are Israeli originated. We produce fresh boutique beers and ciders in our brewery in Kfar Daniel. We also offer a platform to craft beer producers and help them reach as many people possible. Broadly speaking, our vision is to connect as many Israeli craft beer producers we can with every person who doesn't have a beer in their hand.
October 7th caught us off guard. We had just moved to a new brewery, part of the staff was called into reserve and our bars were closed. We tried to do everything in our power to keep our heads above water and at the same time participate in the war effort that affected the entire country. We set up a market of agricultural produce on Fridays that is completely volunteer-based where we sell goods from farmers from all over the country who were affected by the war. We released two editions of beer in memory of two fallen heroes, and we sold cases that combine our beers and products from businesses located in the the Gaza envelope in order to support them.
Growper
We are Yuval Grudak and Liron Cooper, the owners of Growper.
Normally, we live in kibbutzim on the northern border and today we are unfortunately part of a large group titled "evacuees", which actually means wandering around the country.
Growper is not simply a company that supplies drinks, we operate from a strong sense of mission - to encourage and make accessible healthier consumption and uncompromising quality, while maintaining fair prices.
Our products are natural without added sugar and preservatives.
Even after our homes and offices in the north were shut down as a result of the war over four months ago, we are not giving up and we work for the continued progress of the Israeli economy.
Many of our points of sale in the north and south are not active at the moment, but our idea and purpose is alive and active. Instead of sitting in the dark, we are looking for ways to continue spreading light and reinventing ourselves.
We hope you will be a part of Growper's journey, and together we will continue to spread values of health and cooperation in the community.
Pitputim
Pitputim is a Galilean female bakery that bakes exclusively from 100% spelt flour, baked with natural ingredients without artificial additives.
The bakery is located in the Dalton Industrial Park right on the northern border.
Despite the situation - we will not give up and will continue to bake delicious and healthy products for you!

Lavi
Lavi Olive Oil, a boutique producer from Hoshaya. We produce extra virgin olive oil from the Syrian olives species with extremely low acidity and a particularly rich and aromatic flavor. The quality of the oil begins with loving and careful care in the vineyard, the manual harvesting and the production of the oil in a high-quality cold-press and high production control for the perfect extraction of flavors and aromas.
Lavi olive oil won a silver medal in the prestigious 2023 EVO IOOC competition in Italy where hundreds of olive oils from all over the world competed.
There is a visitor center in Hoshaya that includes a unique archaeological display, a farm shop and a coffee cart located in the magical landscape of the Galilee.
Yacovi, operator of the visitor center, has been serving in the reserves since the beginning of the war and teenagers from Hoshaya volunteer to continue operating the cart.
Tamir Farm
We founded the Tamir farm in 2018 in Moshav Natur located in the Golan Heights. We grow olives for oil and grapes for wine from seven different species.
The farm is an ecological farm, and we minimize the use of environmentally harmful materials.
The grapes and olives are grown without fruit spraying and with the utmost care in all stages of growth. The clusters of grapes were harvested by hand, with the utmost care for the fruit from which we produce the wine and the wine is bottled without filtration.
The wine is refreshing with pronounced flavors and aromas of citrus fruit.
